2、對于無段變速的更換：無段變速齒輪箱機油之點檢加油及更換，是要停止馬達，嚴禁煙火得情況下拆掉檢油塞，油剛流出為適當之量，不足時補充之。

一、操作人員使用前應檢查管路系統有無漏氣漏水的情況，如果有應及時解決，并建立設備操作維護日志。

二、設備運行前應試運行，讓設備先空運轉2-3分鐘，檢查傳動系統和運輸帶的運動是否平穩。

三、開啟浮油排除裝置，因此時水泵尚開啟，水面平靜，排油效果好，待浮油基本排除后停止除油，排油污多利用休息時間進行。
